Shipping policy

At Root Tea, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 3 to 6 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 5 business days.

Estimated total time from purchase to delivery: approximately 8 to 11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment
  • An estimated delivery date

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Additional promotions on expedited shipping may be available from time to time — check our website for current offers.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to a specific area, contact us at support@roottea.store.

6. Shipping Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • A damaged package
  • A lost package
  • A significant delivery delay

Contact us immediately at support@roottea.store and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Root Tea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@roottea.store. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

8. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Root Tea due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
